Question: Stitches, do they hurt!?
I had surgery Monday, July 21, 2008, on my ear!. I had to have Stitches on my ear!. I am getting them out Thursday of this week!. Do they hurt to get them out!? Where have you have them at!? how old were you when you got them in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmm I wouldn't be able to say for myself, cause when I got stitches it was like at the space between the nostrils inside my nose (somehow the bone in my nose had moved, and it was blocking one of my breathing ways), and I was still sleep from anesthesia when I got them!. And the stitches actually never got taken out, someone told me they were absorbant or something!? But my mom got a bunch of stitches on her forhead from a deep cut in a car accident!. I recall her saying it didn't hurt!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
No they do not hurt at all!. I had them twice on my chin when i was around the age of 5!. when i got them taken out, it actually tickled a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Nope they do not hurt getting them out, I had them 3 times in different areas one was a very sensitive girl area (had a baby) it is no big deal!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
