Recently been hit by a car...?!

i was hit by a car yesterday!!all i remember is looking in 1 direction about to look in the other direction and thats all i remember until about what felt like hours but must of been less than 30 seconds my friend looking over me calling my name!. i felt fine so my friend helped me up and she made me go and sit on the bench near by - i felt fine all day, but when i went to get into bed it hurt when i layed on my back and both sides (i eventually had to bare the pain of my as it was the least painfull persition) but then i woke up this morning and i just ache all over my legs hurt my back aches and i can barely move my neack!!
im only 16 and was out with my friend - my parents dont now and i cant tell them they will shout at me so much they wont care if i got hit by a car, and i cant go to a doctor!!!both me and my friend are in shock, she cant get the image of me flying of the roof of the car out her head and i just feel like i have been beaten up 10 times in a row!!!
