Question: Has anyone had really bad reactions to a brazillian wax!?
I've tried a do-it-yourself brazilian wax a couple times and every time I do it I bleed and get VERY sensitive afterwards!.!.!.!. lots of red bumps and too sensitive to even wear tight pants!. I am wondering if I would have the same reaction if I were to get it done professionally!? Has anyone tried both do-it-yourself and professional methods and seen a difference!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should not wax right before or after getting your period b/c your skin is more sensitive!.
also, i use a good brazilian wax (surgi wax) and it works great!. they give you a bottle of this liquid stuff to put on so the wax doesnt rip off your skin - i usually put it on my finger tips as well just in case (wax is hard to get off your fingernails, LOL)
anyway, i also use bikini zone afterwards to ease the iritation it causes

My friend had a brazilian wax done by a 'professional,' and came away with bruises!. Whether you do it at home or at a salon, it's a delicate area that's probably going to react to such a treatment with bruising, redness, swelling -- all the stuff that'll make you wish you hadn't done it!.
