How can I get back on my sleeping schedule?!
Question: How can I get back on my sleeping schedule!?
I'm supposed to be going to sleep by 10:30 pm, and waking up at 6:30 am!. But NOW, I'm going to sleep at 5 am, and waking up at 12 pm!.
Any suggestions!. I can't take pills cuz of the medicene that I'm currently taking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

UGH! i have that same problem!!! I sleep the day away pretty much because I can't fall asleep at night!. I really don't have a good solution, but when i really want or need to go to sleep I take a shot of nyquill and that works in like 15 minutes!. But I don't do it very often!.!.!.but yeah, i guess thats a suggestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stay up all night one night, and sleep at 10:30!. This works for jet-lagged people because they don't sleep until it is the proper time to sleep!. To keep being able to fall asleep get some lavender oil and rub it on your pillowcase!. It makes you sleepy!. :) In the morning when you wake up, take a long walk, it helps insomiacs!. Don't take any naps after 3 pm (none at all for the day is best though) If you can't fall asleep right away, lie in bed and daydream!. Turn off (avoid looking) at all light screens (TV, etc) an hour before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's kind of drastic, but I suggest just not sleeping for a whole day!. Stay up all night, and the following day until your desired bedtime!.
It's best to do this on your day off, and when you won't be driving or dealing with anything important!. If you're like me you'll be pretty punchy and grumpy doing it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hahaha this happens to me every summer!.
This always helps
1) well obviously set an alarm and keep waiting up early so you will want to sleep sooner
2) Do alot of physical activities during the day
3) Dont just sit around at night on the comp, watch movies or tv in your bed

you can try slowly going to bed a
bit earlier each day and waking up
earlier untill you achieve your goal!.
