Answers:
Tennis players can get tennis elbow from an incorrect backhand stoke or a constant motion of the forearm!. You may be doing your bicep curls incorrectly!.
If you feel pain on the outside on the elbow, you may have tennis elbow!.
Do this:
Stop what you're doing for the time being
Put a cold compress or ice pack on your elbow intermittently for 15 minutes or so!. Do this for two days!.
Elevate your elbow above the level of the heart!.
After the first 48 hours, use a warm moist compress for 20 minutes ththree times a day!.
See a doctor if pain continues or gets worse, or if injury comes back!.
In the long run
always warm up first
make sure your doing the activity correctly!. Check with a trainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
