Question: I woke with a bump inside my tongue ,what could it be and should i worry about it!.!?

Gargle with salt water 2 times a day for a couple of days until it goes away!. It could be a burn from eating or drinking something hot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It could be a mouth soar or alsur!. Totally nothing to worry about it goes away after a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
