Answers:
First of all,do not rely on company workers comp doctors, they are one the companies payroll and it is in their best interest to find the patient able to work and down play actual injuries!.

That being said, look for a reputable attorney in you area that deals with workers comp cases!. Be careful of the fly by night groups that advertise on tv!. If they have to advertise on tv chances are their client base is suffering!.

File a lawsuit as soon as possible as the company will try to drage this out as long as possible in hopes that you will get tired and give up!. Do not give up!. These injurues will affect you wife the rest of her life!.

There may be a neglance factor in here as she was not found in a timely manner!. A seurity guard should have been walking the property and found her!. Provided they have one, and if they don't why don't they!.

Also the company forced your wife to come back to work before the doctor had released her!. They do this to have documentation that she could return to work, but this at times backfires on them as they breached doctors orders and could have caused more damage by making her return sooner that medical advice given!.

You may want to go ahead and apply for social security disability and get the paper work rolling, even if they refuse you, as this will also be a long drawn out matter, and expect to be turned down 3 times before she is approved!.

It is a hardship and disheartening work to fight the system, but it is something you must do for your wife's well being!.

Your workers comp attorney should also be able to assist you with filing for disabililty!.

The most important thing is your wife's health!. With all the injuries, there is no way she can only have a 2% disability rating!. Also be careful as the company doctors are much more willing to give pain killers, which will get her addicted very easily, and if they try to make her work, she will be more inclined to accure more serious injuries, of which the company can say she was on medications if an incident happens and is immediate grounds for dismissal!.

I hope this helps!. It is a long drawnout process !. Also, your attorney should get no more that 25% of the settelment!. If they require more, look for a different attorney!.

Good luck and good health, Jackie bWww@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should higher another lawyer because your current one doesnt have your best interests at heart!. the doctor needs to be sued because your wife does have many problems now and he didn't diagnose them

get a new lawyer cuz yours pretty much sucksWww@Answer-Health@Com
