Advice for Lips?!

ok so i got kneed in the lip in some freak weird accident (don't wanna explain!.!.!.) but ok my lip hit my tooth, and cut, normally all the cuts in my mouth tend to heal over a few days, they turn white and get smaller!. But this cut however is on my lip, and I've had it for a few days now, it doesn't seem to be getting smaller but it is white!. but every morning, a layer of greenish-yellow stuff appears at the edge of the cut, i think it may be dry puss but I'm not sure!.!.!.

does anyone know any home remedies or antibiotics or other treatments i could use so it can heal b/c it's getting really annoying!.
