Don't fret!. Everybody gets nervous about taking the N-CLEX!. I took mine over 5 years ago and I can distinctly remember getting flustered over it!. Just calm down and try to think logically!. The test its not meant to trip you up!. It is testing your skills at breaking down different situations and how you should respond to them!. One thing to always remember is that RESPIRATORY is always your main concern!. If you are given a question asking which patient to tend to first, always choose the respiratory problem!. Just did NCLEX-RN and passed!. If there's a Hurst course, get the book and study from it!. And ALWAYS do many, many, many, many practice questions!. Look at delegation and making priority decisions!.!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
