Question: What is the best way to heel a bad ankle that seems to lock up!?
my ankle has been in some pain I first noticed it when I was taking warmups before my baseball game it seemed like it was locking upWww@Answer-Health@Com

heat - ice - heat - ice
for as long as possible!. approx 20 mins each!.
if you find your ankle swells after a game get a small bucket!. fill it with ice & stick you foot in it!. it'll hurt for a minute or so!. but it'll do wonders for the acid in your joints!.
try stretching every day too!. using the large elastic bands!. (they come in all different sizes & stretchyness) i forget the name, but ask your local physio or GP they should have them!.

if it gets any worse see your local physio & he can tell you if theres something wrong & show you some specific stretches!.

You need to warm up better before training & wear thermal therapy socks to improve circulation to avoid injury & strain!. Use ankle supports if you have weak ankles or recovering from injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
