My legs feel stiff; any remedies to make them unstiff?!


Question: My legs feel stiff; any remedies to make them unstiff!?
I went to San Diego's Comic-Con last Sunday and did a great deal of walking!. I spent a good 5 hours doing nothing but just that!.!.!.walking (the convention center was so crowded that most of the benches were taken, leaving most of us to sit on the ground to rest)!.

My legs are still somewhat stiff but the condition doesn't improve when I go for my daily afternoon walk for 40 min!.

Should I give my legs a rest for one day!? Apply heat or cold packs!?

Make sure you stretch them before long exercise!. Or you can take a warm bath with Epson salts ( get them at a drug store or Dollarama if you have one near you) afterwards that will really help also!. :) good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, I would not rest for a day!. If you normally walk every day, keep at it!. I would suggest doing some stretches for about 10 min!. before your walk and if you like to soak in the tub, add some epsom salts to your bath water!. It will help with the stiffness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start with some leg stretching exercises and finish with leg exercises before relaxing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would try to stretch them and get a massage if you can!. Massage can help increase circulation and get that blood flowing throw those tight muscles you have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a bubble bath, Then when legs are dry put some lotion on them and relax and read a book!. It works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
