Ibuprofen side effect, tingling in hands?!

Question: Ibuprofen side effect, tingling in hands!?
I had my wisdom teeth removed at 8am today!.
With my 2nd (quite large) dose of ibuprofen (accompanied by penicillin) at 4pm, I developed tingling jumping at my feet and arms, fingers and legs!.
My feet are better as of 9pm, but my hands are still tingling at 1am!. Places I look say this is a "serious side effect" and to contact your doctor, but the nurse we called from the oral surgeon's said it is fine, to just drink lots of fluids!.

I still seem unsure!. Maybe I'm just worrying myself!. I've been super lucky with NO pain so far with my teeth removal, but this tingling is really annoying and is scaring me!.

Will this go away soon!? Is this normal!?!
Please help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
it might not be the ibuprofen, but it could be the penicillin!. or, it could be the combo of both!. ibuprofen has never done this for me, and, i am allergic to penicillin, so, i am not much help there!. i am no expert, but it might just be poor circulation!. maybe the penicillin or the ibuprofen thickened your blood a little bit, and that could cause less circulation!. if the nurse said it is okay, trust her judgement for awhile, and if it gets worse, go back, or go to a doctor!. and, most places will classify anything as a serious side effect, so, i wouldnt worry too much!. good luck!!!
have a wonderful day!.!.!.well, night anyway!.!.!.!!!

(Actually, I never heard of a reaction that is anything like yours, but I am taking your word for it!.) That isn't normal!. What does did you take!?

Why didn't you ask for some real pain medication for this!. Along with the penicillin some prescription pain reliever would probably give you fewer side effects and some real relief NOW!.
Call the dentist office and tell them that you have had a reaction to the Ibuprofen!.

Ask for a prescription to be called into your pharmacy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could have had a big dose i take 5 at a time!. but it sounds like it's going way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
