No!. Age decrease bone density and strength!. A healthy diet and regular weight bearing exercise will keep your bones healthy!.

The site of a fracture will grow back slightly thicker than the surrounding bone!. I don't reccomend it as a means to increase bone size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What do you mean by "thicken"!? Increase bone density/strengthen!? Or to change your frame so that you appear bulkier!? You can do the first; you can't do the second!.

To strengthen your bones, first, consume sufficient calcium (and minerals such as vitamin D and magnesium, which your body uses along with calcium and help absorption)!. If you aren't getting enough calcium, your body cannibalizes it from your bones, making them weaker!.

Second, do weight-bearing exercise regularly!. Walking, running, weight lifting, anything that puts some load on your skeleton as you exercise!. The stress to the bones encourages your body to try to build them up and make them more dense, to stand up to the load!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
