How much sleep do I need at my age?!


Question: How much sleep do I need at my age!?
I'm 13 years old!. I don't feel tired during the day, but I have dark circles under my eyes!. I've heard that my allergies might be a cause, but I don't have them during this time of the year!. I usually go to bed anywhere from 10:00-10:50 PM and lately I have been waking up late!. How much sleep do I need!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say 8 hours, but listen to your body some days you need more than others and some you don't need as much!. My cousin for example can sleep for 14 hours one night then get off on 3 hours for the next 4, I don't reccommend it, but its just what her body does!. The dark circles could be a genetic thing my finance has had them all her life and she ALWAYS gets 8-10 hours a sleep a night!. So they might not be linked to sleeping at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im 13 to and i sleep at least 10-11 hours cause im tired like you go to bed at 9:30 and try to wake up at 7:30-8:30!. Well i mean I USED to be tired befor i got this much sleep! Or your just sleeping to much!. Some times if you sleep to much you can be tired!.

well!.!. I heard that EVERYONE needs 8-9 hours of sleep, but with some people its different!. They either need more or less!. You can OVERSLEEP too!. I know, that sounds kind of funny!.!.but I heard it before!. it might not be true, but personally I think it is!. I've noticed certain things in my sleep patterns!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The recommended amount of sleep needed for any teenager is 9 hours every single night!.
If you aren't able to get that, try to aim for at least a good solid 8 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to recent studs a teen needs 9 to 14 hours of sleep a day!. So you got to go to bed very early to get that much sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 hours of sleep is the minimum of hours you should get!.I wouldnt go more than 12!.If you were to sleep say 15-16hours a day ur whole day has passed (scientists have proven that people who sleep 15-16 hours have shorter lives)Www@Answer-Health@Com

9 hours at the least! You can get ride of the dark circlus under your eyes by getting more sleep, and eating right!.!.!.!.!.At least that's what I hear!Www@Answer-Health@Com
