Depends on a lot of things!.
If you get a through and through shot to the face, that doesn't kill you, it will hurt like @@#@##$!. If you graze the skull, same applies!.
If you use a large enough caliber directly placed to the head, then the bullet travels faster than your nerve endings can relay the message to your---well what was your brain!. That's why it is said to be painless!.

The brain itself has no feeling, so that wouldnt cause pain!. If you take a bullet to your head and live, Im sure there is some pain!. If you die, that is why it is painless because death happens quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think it would hurt for a few seconds till your brain started shutting down after you die your brain is still active for up to 3 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com
