Question: I went to sleep and 10:30 pm and woke at at 2 pm BY FORCE!!?
alright so for this whole summer ive been going to sleep at like 5 am and waking up between 12 pm and 4pm and ive been going jogging this whole summer for 45 minutes 5 days a week!. and i dunno why but i got really tired and went to sleep at 10 30 pm when i only woke up 8 hours before!. and like 3 hours before i fell asleep i did 100 bicep curls with each arm for the first time, and the weights were only 7 lbs!. i am a 15 year old boy, 5 5' 140 lbs!. i dont get why i slept for like 16 hoursWww@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of exercise can make you tired!. You should take it easy, but if you do continue you should exercise when you wake up or in the afternoon!. It will cause you to sleep longer is you exercise right before bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
