ok i am in really bad pain!. about 30 minutes ago i was in the shower!. i turned my head and i couldnt turn it back!. i cant turn up!. i can only look down to my right!. when i got out i couldnt move it because it hurts really bad!. then i felt like a was about to pass out and throw up!. but i didn't i had some water and all better!. but what should i do with my neck!. do you know what happened!? and a way to cure it quickly!?!? please help thanks!. by the way i am a girl and i am 12 if that has anything to do with itWww@Answer-Health@Com

this has happened to me a couple times!. it sucks and the only way to get rid of it is too wait a day or two!. to help it go away faster massage it and slowly roll your neck to try and stretch it out this will still probably take a day or two to get rid of it!. also tell your parents they may be able to help!.
if it continues i would call the docotor and ask him what to do!.

sounds like you may have either a muscle spasm or a slipped disc!.!.!. either way you should have it checked out by a professional, dont leave anything to chance when it has to do with your head, neck or spine!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
