I am 5ft 5in high and weigh 12 stones 6 pounds!. I took a walk in the stormy heat!.!.!.sweat poured off me and when I came back and weighed myself again!.!.I weighed just the same!. Does sweating it off work for some and not for others!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

no sweating byitself doesnt make u loose weight especially if u drink water to replace what u have sweated off, and u need to do that or u may become dehydrated and ill!. u need more than one short walk to loose any weight but its a start!. try walking every day and eating a healthier diet

Just that one walk wont cause you to lose weight like that!. sweating is cooling you down and causeing you to lose the water in your body!. If you keep walking while drinking alot of water, you should lose weight!. Sweating is not a very effective or healthy way to lose weight because of the water shortage in your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
