My Back Feels Really Tight and Aches. Why?!


Question: My Back Feels Really Tight and Aches!. Why!?
I'm in my early teens and recently i woke up a couple of days ago and I couldnt move my back properly and ever since then I have had so much trouble walking and had zappy feelings up my arms and down my legs and my back feels so tight and achy and I dont know what to do to get rid of it

Sounds like you've thrown your back out and trapped some nerves!. I'd get to a doctor to get it checked out and they'll either refer you to a physio or chiro, or they'll be able to ascertain whether it's something else entirely!. If you've done some exercise or activity that is more strenuous or jolting than normal that's probably the cause!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you have a back sprain or you have trapped the sciatic nerve causing the pains down your legs!. go to you GP get some anti inflammatory meds with some pain killers!. as a hairdresser i have regular back pain i always get advise to treat the area with heat and then ice, and a trip to the chiropractors wont go a miss!. remember to keep moving however painful it is or the whole back is likely to lock up causing more probs!.

these condtions can be caused by just rolling over in your sleep which is what happens to me, but you need to get your properly diagnosed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
