Quitting smoking...?!
Question: Quitting smoking!.!.!.!?
If you have quit or tried to quit smoking, how did you do it!? I bought Nicoderm CQ today and plan to start my program on Monday!. I signed up for the online counseling and stuff but I'm curious to see what others think of it!. Did it help you!? If it did, how long have you been smoke-free!? Why did you quit!? If it didn't work, did you try something else that worked better than the patch!? Any information you care to share would be great!

The nicorette gum worked best for me!. I did not like the mint flavor but the cinnamon one was great!. For me personally the patch didn't work because i would just smoke while I was wearing it!. The biggest part of quitting for me was actually breaking the habit not the addiction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I quit after 28 years of smoking on 3/3/2007!.!.!.!.!.!.I got a prescription from my Dr called zantex I think I spelt it right !.!.I told 3 other people about it and they quit too!.!.!.!.!.I only had to take it for 1 month!.!.!.!.!.my brother quit 2 months after me he only took it for 6 weeks It worked great for all of us Note - no one started back !.!.I cant stand the smell of cigs now!.!.give it a try GOOD LUCKWww@Answer-Health@Com

good to listen from a guy that he wanna quit smokin!.i have my uncle who smoked a lot once!. but now because of his children he gave it up!.
i think by doing counselling thing u can really quit smoking in few months!.all u have to do is 'DONT HANG OUT WITH ONE WHO SMOKE untill u give up smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same situation i cant quit smoking but the only way it cud work is if u have a friend that watches how much u smoke a day or a friend that doesnt let you smokeWww@Answer-Health@Com
