Should you ice or heat an injury ?!

Question: Should you ice or heat an injury !?
Answers:
Both!. heat is for the pain and ice is for the swellingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ice is for reducing swelling!. Heat rarely does good!. For some people, it relives pain!. However I recommend taking Aspirin, and using ice!. No heat!. Heat can give your nerves burns, and can sometimes cause major problems!. Too much risk!. Ice is risky as well!. Make sure ice is only on your body for 15 minutes at a time!. Other wise that area of the body will go numb, and it will not help with the swelling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice as long as swelling and inflammation exists !. Then heat for chronic pain and stiffness!.
