Answers:
You may have pulled some muscles and strained part of your back!. The best thing to do is to let it rest and heal!. Taking Motrin or Aleve will help reduce the soreness and the aching!. Make sure you drink a lot of water!.
I realize that as a gymnast, you aren't encouraged to take time off to heal, but it would help a great deal!. Oh- don't get a massage on newly injured areas!. The massage will only inflame things more!. Better to wait until the pain is reduced!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you jammed a joint!. See an osteopathic physician!. They're just like MDs but they can also adjust your back and hips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would recommends icyhot, and maybe getting a professional massage
perhaps you should check your mattressWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stretch more often, and if that doesn't help just try taking a short break!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
