when i bend my left elbow it always cracks, sometimes it pops
it burns on the inside too

it sounds like a calcium spur which is just a build up of calcium that your body doesn't use and deposits some where so that if it ever needs it your body can use it if it hurts really bad or you can't move your arm very well see a doctor they can give you meds to make it dissapate but its not life threatning or anything but if your worried consalt a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
you might have tennis elbow try putting some mineral ice on it and take some ibpruben if it doesnt seem too be getting better i would go see your dr!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
