Question: Can someone tell me if this sounds like shin splints!?!?!?
ok i play soccer for my high school and we just started conditioned last monday and this has been happening ever since and it only happens when i run!.!.!.!.
it starts at my ankles and then moves up my shins and calves and it's a really sharp pain but once i stop and everything the feeling goes away pretty quickly!!

I don't know - my DRs told me "deal with the pain" So I don't really recommend them either - lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
