I cant sit without my back being cropped forward and I have had this for like a week!. What is Wrong!? I mean I am overweight, but I have never had this problem!. I want to cure it but It just won't go away!. Its not like a bruise pain its like someone stabbed

u could have a pilonidal cyst!. My boyfriend had one and had pain in center lower back, top of butt!.!.!.it hurt really bad when he sat, he thought it was a back strain thing, and sat in tubs and rested, but everything made it worse!. When he bent over and spread his cheeks to show me where it hurt, I saw this walnut size, puss filled zit like thing right below the tail bone, but he couldn't feel it until he was bent over and knew what and where he was touching!. we went to the er and they drained it!.!.miraculous recovery in like hours! Could be a sprained sacroiliac ligament, could be a sacral dysfunction!. Since it's not going away on it's own, you could wait another 3 weeks (only rarely does low-back/hip pain last that long), or you could see an osteopathic physician for an adjustment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
