Answers:
A normal resting heart rate rate for adults can be 60-80 beats/min, depending on physically fit that you are!. A resting heart is when you have been inactive ( ie: before you get out of bed and you had a good nights rest) this rate can be 60, 72, 76!. For physically active people, their resting heart rate can be 60 or below!. During a normal daily routine ( and not having consumed too much caffeine) a heart rate of 80 - 84 is normal ( generally)!. A heart rate above 100 is considered high ( tachycardia) but, if it is measured during physical activity, then this can be normal!. Or, if you are under a lot of stress, too much caffeine, your heart rate will be elevated!. A heart rate of 80 is basically the average heart rate!. Some medictions can lower the heart rate!. I hope that this helped some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

70 beats/min is a perfect heart rate!. Athletes might have lower heart rate!. You can measure your resting heart rate just after you wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had a heart beat of 60 when resting at your ageWww@Answer-Health@Com
