when ever you want, just make sure your hands are clean so they dont leave bacteria!. and spinning is fine!. crust is also fine!. it means that you are healing just fine!. you will have little to no problem with your ears, the worst part will be trying to sleep on them, and if they bleed, its okay, i say within 4 days you will no longer remember you just got them done!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
