How can I fall asleep faster without taking sleeping pills?!


Question: How can I fall asleep faster without taking sleeping pills!?
Lately I haven't been able to fall asleep until 6 or 7 in the morning!. How can I go to bed and fall asleep faster!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

try more activity during the day or reading before you go to sleep!.!.!.there is also this supplement called Melatonin that you can take that helps relax your brain so you can sleep!.!.!.its not sleep medication!.!.also try warm milk before bed or a long hot bath to help soothe your body and mind!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

start with a routine early in the evening!. perhaps eat dinner, watching your favorite program/reading/etc!., followed by a relaxing bath or shower, brush your hair/teeth, dress for bed, and then go to bed and stay there!. Sometimes we tend to let our minds wander and remember all the things we didnt do!. Do the routine each night and try not to alter very much!. Your body will begin to condition itself to go to bed around a certain time!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
