Severe Computer Eye Strain...!
Question: Severe Computer Eye Strain!.!.!.
My job requires me to use a computer for 8-10 hours 5 days a week and recently my eyes have been really bothering me!. I know it is from being on the computer all day!. Now my eyelids are actually swelling! I have an appointment with an eye doctor on Monday!. I was just curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this!. I'm constantly having to put cool compresses on my eyes just to try to make it through a work day!. It's to the point where I'm about to quit my job for the sake of my health!. I'm 27, but for the last 2 weeks I have looked like I'm about 50 because of the bags under my eyes!.!.!.!.it's killing me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you are electrosensitive like I am!? My eyes are so bad that I am unable to wear contact lenses any longer because my eyes swell so badly and I am no longer able to produce enough tears!. Computers aren't my only problem either now - ALL sources of EMF/RF produce symptoms of an allergy now!.

after 6-8 hrs looking at the screen take a few min!. break get a cold rag place it over your eyes and keep it there a few min!. it helps!. also try to get you a screen blocker it helps the light not be so bright, hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
Try to turn on a desk light or any light of some sort!. That reduces the amount of glare in your eyes and makes it easier to concentrate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
