Im always constipated!


Question: Im always constipated
im 14 and im always constipated!.i cant go to the bathroom for like a week then my tummy starts hurting really bad and then i get diarrhea,like my poop is hard and it blocks me from going!.i tried benifiber-fiber supplement- and i went to the bathroom basically everyday!.is it healthy to take the fiber everyday and why am i always constipated!?i drink tons of water and eat salads and veggis almost everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!. Fiber is always good! Because you drink a lot of water and eat very well (congrats btw!) then you shouldn't have this problem! I think you should try apples!. They have the ability to pull waste out of your digestive tract!. Maybe (if you don't already have one) you need a stronger core so the muscles can contract better!.

Try this for a week or less!. If it doesn't work out, I'd check with a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, are you holding in farts or poo ever!?!?
If you do it for too long it sends it back up into your stomach and blocks it!. If you ever need to fart, let it rip and if you need 2 poo!. Just go! Wherever you are!. Even I was so busting I just went in my undies once!!

Try eating sum prunes and grapes to get your normal pooing routine back in order!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should change your diet!. You need to eat meat! Go look at the food pyramid and see what you need to eat daily and try that!. if not go talk to a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

taking to much fiber can lower your blood sugar levels,
dont try to mix many foods,and drink warm milk before bed with two teas spoons of castor oil in milk!.

I don't know, but that happens to me sometimes :) I think the best supplement is eating LOTS of fruits and veggies :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
