How should I catch up on my sleep??!


Question: How should I catch up on my sleep!?!?
I stay up until like 2 or 3 in the morning, then I sleep till 2!! I can't keep doing this because school is going to stat and I need to get to sleep by 10!! How can I catch up on my sleep!?!? I have tried to go to sleep at 10 almost every night for a while now, but I can't fall asleep because I sleep in too late!!

Go to bed at 2 and then set your alarm for a reasonable time in the morning!. You wont be used to the little sleep and the next night you will be tired and want to go to bed a little earlier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have an alarm clock, set it!. Start now waking up at the time you have to wake up to go to school!. Trust me, after the first day, you'll be asleep by 8pm with no problems!. Also, what you can do is when it's 10pm, lay in your bed with the lights off and just try to relax!. Don't actually TRY to go to sleep!. They say the best say to stay awake is to try to go to sleep just like the best way to go to sleep is to try to stay awake!. Just lay back, close your eyes and relax!. It actually works wonders!. Technically it is impossible to 'catch up on sleep' but if you try to wake up early then after a few days of 3 or 4 hours of sleep you should be sufficiently tired to get to bed earlier!. If you are restless try an herbal tea, one without caffiene!. It should calm you down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep bringing your bedtime forward 1/2 hour!. until your body adjusts!. dont keep staring at clock once in bed!. set your alarm clock in morning!. place away from bed so you have to get out of bed!. dont get back in!. no matter how tempting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't have to go to bed earlier just make sure you have a good alarm you will come home tired and it will all straighten out by it's self!. that's what I doWww@Answer-Health@Com

skip one day's sleep, and this automatically will affect your metabolism which will induce the right amount of sleep in you the very next dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

go swimming all day then when you get home take a hot shower it will help you relax and when you try to go to sleep dont think about anything that will keep you awakeWww@Answer-Health@Com
