its cause you lay on your arm and cut the blood pressure off so blood doesnt reach your arm so that explains the numbness!.!.!.but its funny when you wake up thinkin your arm is fine and try to use it to push up and bust your face cause your arm cant support your bodywieghtWww@Answer-Health@Com
It happens to me various times!.
I use my other arm to pick it up sometimes other times I just let it hang!. It feels like its disconnected when I let it hang
I think this happens because you sleep on it causing less blood to flow!.

I've woken up with my arm numb, like pins and needles from sleeping on it, but I've never had it so numb I had to use my other arm to pick it up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
