I have a pulse in my abdominal area to the left....what gives?!

Question: I have a pulse in my abdominal area to the left!.!.!.!.what gives!?

I'm 16, a female, and i'm in great shape!. Lately I've noticed this pulsing to the left(upper) of my abdomen!. I first noticed it when I was laying down, but now I notice it all the time!. Any idea what it could be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you will watch it is most likely your own heart beat!. I know that if you are skinny your heart will cause your body to move in places because it is very strong!.
