Question: Is is better to take a cold bath or shower when you have a bad sunburn!?
I was at the beach and was out in the water for hours and now I have a real bad sunburn is it better to take a cold shower or bath!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A cooler bath, not cold, add white vinegar to the water, takes out the sting of the sunburn!. The vinegar smell goes away and does not stay on skin!. Do not take a hot bath or shower, this adds to the damage to the on your skin!. Apply a light moisturizing cream after the bath, not oil!. Oil doesn't allow the skin to breathe in order to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just had a sunburn about 5 days ago, and It itches badly!. I have a hot shower or bath, it dosen't hurt, so don't worry about it!. Add some baby oil in the water when you take a bath, so the dead skin peels off!. Never take a cold shower!. You can get a cold and, It's not that good!. Just because you're sun burnt dosen't mean taking a hot shower will hurt!. Hope this helps! Good luck! :-)
