Take 3 Ibuprophin, and use a heating pad, prefrably one that is a steam heating pad!. Use the heating pad for at least 20 minutes so the heat can penatrate to the muscles!. You can also relax in a tub of water as warm as you can stand it for about 20 min!. also try to stretch those muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Been there!. Tylenol PM Should help you sleep tonight!. I like the back patches like the bengay patch!. Only deal with it for a couple days though, if it doesn't get better see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
