Answers:
I have the same problem!.!.!.
I'm beginning to think you and I are the same person, or something!.

I usually can't sleep, cause my mind is always running a million miles an hour and I can't get it to stop!. Although I should see a professional for this, I am stubborn and stupid, and I do not believe in doctors!.

I usually take sleeping pills at night, such as Unisom, or Benedryl (they're basically the same thing)!.!.!. I take about twice the recommended dose, which knocks me out in no time!. I would't recommend taking that much at first until you know how it'll affect you!.!.!.so it's best to play it safe and take however many pills it says to take in the directions!.

During the day I drink energy drinks or coffee if I feel like I'm dragging!.!.!.
It may not be the healthiest way to deal with sleep troubles, but it's been working for me for quite some time now!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had this problem a lot too!. The best way I know is if you stay up throughout the night, try to stay awake as long as possible the following day and going to sleep say 8 or 9 or even 10 if you can make it!. Then set your alarm for 9 or 10 AM the next morning!. This should help get you back on schedule!.
Hope your sleeping gets better!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut caffeine out of your diet, completely!. If bedtime comes and you're not tired enough!.!. exercise!. I got on exercise bike, did jumping jacks and sit ups!.!. worked for me!. I'm a night owl!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
