How can I clear a stuffy nose?!

Vicks Sinex is brilliant for this, almost instant relief for up to 8 hours - don't take it more than 7 days in a row though

The best thing to do is to use a saline solution in a spray form and rinse your nostrils with it, don't use it as a medication , you should irrigate the inside of the nostrils with it like hosing down mud from the cars bumper ( sorry about that) but this is the safest way, and after your nose is clear then you can use your allergy medication if you have one!.
Be careful not to swallow during that practice and lean forward into the sink when you spray the solution into your nose!.

The morning you're going paint-balling, steam your face for about 10 Min's, then put some vaporub just above the top lip, this always work a treat for me, and keeps my sinuses clear for ages, do this and you should be set to go for paint-ballingWww@Answer-Health@Com

Boil some water and put your face over the steam for a little bit or go sit in a hot shower!. Do jumping jacks!.!.!.seriously!. I bet when you play paintball all the running around will help!. Ever try a Neti Pot!?
