Question: Anyone suffer from temple/head pain on one side!?
I've been experiencing this dull ache in the left side of my head for about 3 weeks!. It actually hurts to the touch and feels like it does when you have your hair in a pony tail for too long!. Sometimes there is a tingling feeling there and it does radiate into my neck!. Im 38 yrs old with no other health problems!. I've been to the doctor 2x and they have no idea what is wrong with me!. They have referred me to a neurologist who may order an MRI!. I'm totally freaking out thinking it is a brain tumor but the doc said I most likely wouldn't be able to press on my head and have pain from a tumor in my head!. She also said my neck pain ( i was in a car accident with neck injury 18 yrs ago) cannot cause pain the head!. When I press directly on it the pain shoots into my ear, down my jaw and into the back of my neck!. Anyone experienced this!? I do have TMJ but it is on the right side!. This is driving me insane!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can be one of two things I believe!.
1!. you need an adjustment from a chiropractor to get totally inalignment!. Neck pain from an accident can be from out of alignment too!. Get a good evaluation!. They can work wonders!. The most common side-effect from being out of alignment is pain and head pain!.
2!. PMS
I used to get a dull ache at my temple at certains times of the month!. Generally, a week before my period and sometimes during it!. If I did not take care of it properly it would turn into a minor migraine!. It is caused from hormones that fluctuate!. I used to try to sleep more, eat light, and take plain aspirin!.
This does not sound like anything bad and you may just be wasting money searching!. If you insist a doctor will put you through every known test known to modern man and you may not need it!. You need to worry about a headache if:
1, it comes on out of the blue and it is different than anything you have ever had before!.
2!. it persists for more than a week!.
3!. sharp lightening strikes of pain
4!. pain that never really goes away
5!. numbness in neck, face, shoulders and arms
6!. excrutiaing pain that is unbearable (you feel like you are dying)
7!. pain in head directly after an accident or illness!.

having FMS causes me to have pain like that in my head!.!.!.its annoying!.!.do u wear glasses and don't wear them!? my bff suffered the same, figured out she needed glasses!.!.!.!.could it be sinus related!? do u smoke!? these r all things that can affect or bring up a migraine so ive experienced!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
