If you are talking just bone and muscle, then it would depending on the severity of the injury it is most likely going to be similar to other fracutre or muscular injuries (such as sprains)!. Generally speaking 6 weeks will get a general fracture or sprain type muscle injury to basically usable!. However it may take a year (or even more) to fully recover!.
If you are talking spinal fracture it will depend on how damaged the spine is!. A bruised spinal chord may be able recover at least somewhat and you're probably looking at 4 to 6 weeks for basics and upwards to a year or more for full recovery!.
