I have 38.5 temperature?? and runny nose??!
Question: I have 38!.5 temperature!?!? and runny nose!?!?

An infection and by the sound of the few clues you have given us - probably a cold or similar!.
Simple solutions - take some paracetamol for the temperature, drink plenty of fluids, eat light but nourishing food if you feel like it and rest!. Keep warm without getting too hot or if its cold where you live keep inside in a relatively warm spot and rest!. Rest but if you feel like it do something like reading or watching tv or playing 'puter games and don't forget the tissues for your runny nose!.
If you don't improve in the next few days or suddenly get worse or your temperature does not go down - then see your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

what is that!? Fahrenheit!? or Celsius!? if it was F you would be dead, if its C then i dont really kno what that translates to but you probably just have a cold!. nothing major, if it was worse before then you are just getting over it and that happens alotWww@Answer-Health@Com
