Question: A Sleep Question I need help with
Okay, I went to sleep yesterday twice, once from 3 AM to like 7 AM, then again at 4 PM to 9 PM!. I stood up the night, and now it's 9 AM!.

A person needs to have at least 6 hours of undisturbed sleep!. If unable to sleep, the reason would be that you were not exhausted enough or tired!. Get involved in outdoors activity and perform regular exercise which will leave you exhausted by the end of the day!. Try meditation before sleep!. No computer or TV should be in the bedroom because it creates distraction!. Soothing soft music can be played with low volume to put you to sleep!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would think you need more sleep than that!.
If you have school, work or other responsibilities then it's not a good idea to be up that late!.
I would try getting into a better sleeping pattern with longer hours!.
Give your self a week for this!.
If you are still having trouble consult a doctor!.
