I went shopping today and was in the heat quite a bit (high 90's)!. Now I've got this immense headache ever since!. I feel a bit nauseous too!.
What can I do to relieve it!? Please, please help!. It hurts so badly!. I will appreciate any help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had one yesterday and i know it sucks!. lie in your bed in the dark, take an advil, and put a cold washcloth over your eyes and forehead and take a nap it helps alot oooh and drink waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
This happened to me the other day when I was out in my yard for about an hour planting flowers!. I just came in and layed down w/ a small fan running right on me to cool myself down!. I also had the a/c cranked way down to keep it cooler than usual in the house!. I just relaxed and took some deep breaths and when I woke up I was fine!. Taking some Tylenol or Advil should help too, but I think the main thing is just cooling off and getting still for about 30 mins!. or so!. I like the cool cloth idea the others are giving you as well!. I wish I would have thought of that when I was sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Place an ice pack in a dish towel and lie down, placing the pack on the back of your head/neck!. If you have long hair, move it aside and let the cool of the icepack lower your core body temp!. oh, take some aspirin before you lay down!. You'll feel better in less than 30 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
