I woke up feeling really sick?!

Question: I woke up feeling really sick!?
I woke up today and I felt fine!. I brushed my teeth and had my vitamin and all of a sudden out of nowhere i got really nauseous and threw up some spit (and I think some toothpaste)!. Now for the last 30 minutes I have been on and off being nauseous!. I am feeling better now after drinking some water, but can anyone tell me whats wrong with me!?!

I'm not pregnant (I'm pretty sure)!. The timing for being pregnant (for me atleast) is pretty much impossible (especially since I wouldn't have morning sickness this early)!.

Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Throwing up spit" makes me think that you secreted and swallowed too much mucus!. Did you have a lot of dairy last night, or do you have an upper respiratory thing going on!? A big ol' ball of phlegm in your stomach sooner or later has to come up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get morning sickness on day one!. You can get PG between cycles, I did!.

However, you could have the flu,

What did you eat last night!? You could have food poison!.

There are a hundred reasons you could be sick, but those are the three best possible choices!.

I had morning sickness within 2 weeks of getting PG!. and had 2 cycles before I realized I was pg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't have any other symptoms (at least, you didn't mention any), it might just be one of those weird things!. I rarely get them now, but as a younger kid I would get those 24 hours flu bug things and would feel crazy and weird out of nowhere and then be perfectly fine later!.

My experience with nausea now is it precedes a migraine!. Sometimes soon after I wake up, even if I feel totally fine just prior, I'll have a righteous bout of nausea and throw up!. Even if I haven't eaten anything, my stomach will just freak!. Then, probably 10 minutes later, I'm dealing with a migraine!. Could that be it!?

Good luck, hope you figure it out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

In your best interest, please a DR ASAP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, you took your vitamin on an empty stomach!. that is what nauseated you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
