Question: Could this have hurt my knees!?
kneeling on the ground with a heavy weight i hold on my feet and lifting it up and down multiple times
i did this on a hard surface

i think that it can be from both!. from running because it puts pressure on your knees, especially if you run for a long time!. and from lifting weights beacuse that also puts pressure, but i think this puts more pressureWww@Answer-Health@Com
It could be from both!. You should get a mat so that you're not lying on a hard surface when you're working out!.
Also, if you're running, make sure you're wearing proper running shoes!. You can really do a lot of damage to your hips, knees and ankles, and all of your bones and joints if you're running without the proper shoes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i mean that is stressful on the knees in all ways, but it could also be from running or a combination of both!. It it is from kneeling the pain might be on the outside a little bit more!. If it is from running it might be more inside pain and feel more muscular!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Did you warm up before running!? It could be that!. I wouldn't of thought you would damage your knees with the weight thing But you might hurt your leg muscle!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
