Question: Is This Medicaid Fraud!?
I am a home health nurse!. This week I stayed with my client form Wednesday 7/30- eve til Monday 8-04 this morning!. I turned my time sheets in and recorded all time I was there INCLUDING the time i was asleep!. Subtracting any time She left the house for whatever reason church,or appointments etc!. So my office calls me and tells me that they don't pay for the hours I sleep!. Well fine then I don't go to sleep unitl like 1am-2am in the morning (and this is the truth i am a night owl) They said that they are gonna pay me for staying till 10pm every night!. How do they know what time i went to sleep!. I am not doing my job soley for the money I love taking care of people!. But I did the job cause I needed the money!. I expected the money!. I have searched online and am tired now!. Called the medicaid department where i live and waiting for a call back just wanted to know if anyone knew anything Points for the Best Answer!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any time you are required to be there, you should be paid!. If this is time you are neither required nor asked to be there, you are not entitled to be paid for!. Are you permitted to leave at 10PM!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
