Question: Help! Ideas about improving posture!!!?
Ok here is the deal (please read)!.

Im male, 19 years old!.

My posture isn't great!. Well it is not like i'm hunched over but i do slouch nonetheless!. What i need to know is what i can do to improve my posture!? Especially when im seated and studying!. i have some big university exams coming up and i'll be studing for like 6-8 hours a day for like 2 weeks striaght!. So i need to know how to keep my back straight!

Please remeber that my spine not perfectly striaght at the moment and please dont just say something like, 'shoulders back, neck back and chin up' because holding this position is VERY uncomptable and hard to hold for long!.

Does anyone know what i can do to maintain a straight back!? I also want this to be for a long-term healthy straight back as im ONLY 19!.

choose a comfy chair and try to sit up straight i no that's not what you want to hear but it's what you'll need to do, and if your sitting for a long period of time get up for breaks and have a good stretch, to help your posture in the long term try keep your back straight when you walk do the ol shoulders back head straight routine it will feel weird at first but in time you won't even no your doing it!. hope that helps and good luck with your exams!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a conscious effort to sit straight up!. There is also a harness you can buy that fits under your clothes that MAKES you keep your back straight!. I guess you'd have to look for that in the medical equipment or supplies area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
