Pain near the elbow when trying to extend my right arm!

I got a small sharp pain about 4 days near the elbow!. The pain gradually increased and it hurts when I try to extend my arm out to grab something!.
I think it's a muscle or something, near the elbow, the side towards my body!. It also kinda hurts the elbow area when I move my wrist!.

Just wanna know if it's anything serious!. Don't have much time to go the doctor unless it's very serious!. Don't wanna go down there with an injury that he will heal with time!.
