Back problems?!?!?!?!?!!


Question: Back problems!?!!?!!?!!?!!?!
I am a pre-teen, and I always have back pains!. It's usually in my lower back, and it really bugs me!. Sometimes if I bend down and pick something up that's heavy, I tighten my back muscles, and I can't seem to relax them again so it feels like I'm straining them!.

Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I am in gymnastics!.

What should I do!? Any tips on relieving back pains or preventing them!?

You're awfully young to be having back problems but it is possible!. I have 4 screws in my back so if you don't want to end up like me, take care of your back!. Gymnastics could be putting a strain on your back and you could try a heating pad when it's aching!. Some doctors say to alternate heat and ice as a relief for the pain!. If it continues or gets worse, have your parents get an MRI or Cat Scan to see if there are any problems in the back!. Back pain can be unbearable at times and you're so young and you could prevent future problems if you catch anything early, such as a disk problem!. Take care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The lower back is the most injuried part of the spine, everyone looks for a quick fix but there is none for what you are talking about, pills help somewhat but not solve the problem, you probably hurt one or more of the disk in your spine, which is the L4 L5 S1 Disks, What you really need to do is see a doctor for a neurological assessment of your lower spine before it gets worse, What you are doing now, I'm talking about the lifting is making matter worse, I bet it's hard for you to sit of lay down in comfort for any span of time!.
