I use ibuprofen!. For some reason my body has become immune to other medicines, it's weird!. But i defiantly suggest IBU, I'm taking 800mg (prescribed by my doctor)!. If over the counter IBU doesnt help then you should go see your doctor or gyno, something could be wrong!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

For menstrual cramps, use ibuprofen (Advil, Nuprin, etc), naproxen ( Naprosyn, Aleve, etc!.), or aspirin!. Products claimed to be designed for menstrual cramps (such as Midol) now have ibuprofen as the main ingredient!. Many patients swear by such compounds, and they are fine if you want to pay the premium!. We don't understand why, on a scientific basis, they should be any better than plain ibuprofen!. Ibuprofen or naproxen is usually most effective, but sometimes aspirin or acetaminophen may be preferred!. See your health care provider as soon as possible!. And good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay away from caffiene and salt at least a week pryer to period!. It really helps, ibuprohen does work better then tylenol!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor and they will prescribe you some hydrocodone's!. they will be more effective in getting rid of your pain!. A 500MG tablet should work fine for you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try ibuprofen marketed as Advil or Motrin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
