Answers:
RICE method
Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

rest the foot as much as you can, Ice for 30 min then off for 1 hr!. Compression with an ACE bandage and elevation when you are off it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice should help the bruising go down and the swelling!.!.!. not direct ice!.!.!. Use an ice pack, or put ice in a baggy and rap the baggy with a washcloth!. Oh and if it's broke, bandage it up with a wrap and try your best not to move it a whole lot!.!.!. I broke a toe before, so did my mom and my mother in law!. I learned from my mother in law that it was a waste of time and money to go to the doctor for a broken toe because all they will do is bandage it up because it will fix itself!. My toe healed fine and so did my moms and we didn't see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can move it then it is most likely not broken!. I would take some Tylenol or Advil for pain, put a cold compress on it to help the swelling and keep it elevated as well!. I would give it 24 hours, and if you are still in pain, then go to see a Doctor!. Unfortunately, if it is a broken toe, then there is really nothing that can be done!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't move you big toe its probablly broken! I hope it feels better! I am a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do and over the past 10 years I have had many broken toes!. What you should do is get some medical tape and tape you broken toe to the one next to it!. Its going to really hurt for a week or so and it will be really uncomfotable when you walk!. I also recommend wearing open toed shoes!. Hey look on the bright side it is summer :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably not broken if you can move it around!. get some ice on it right away and keep the foot elevated for at least an hour or two!. try to stay off it as much as possible for the next few days and don't wear any tight shoes!. if the swelling doesn't go down or if it looks any worse in a few days, don't hesitate to go see a doctor!. its worth it if you don't want your foot permantly damaged!. but right now, just watch it and be careful!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to ice it so that you can bring down the swelling first!. Once the swelling comes down, you should use some icy hot to produce some heat on it and wrap it!. The heat will help you be able to move it better!. :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it is feeling numb sometimes, the circulation may be affected so please go and see your doctor to get it checked out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ice for 20 minutes and keep it elevated!. You can also wrap it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need a large big toe plaster cast!.!.!.hehehe just kidding!.!.keep weight of it for two weeks and monitor the circulation and colorWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat lots and lots of McDonalds and it will be healed when you finish the last french fry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You look like you need to treat that!. Go see a doctor!. Then pray you get well soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

before going to the doctor elevate it in spare times and keep icing it

hopes it gets wellWww@Answer-Health@Com
